53. I had shingles before.

(I just wanted to post this because the commerical keeps coming on. Trying to get back to this countdown.)

If you don’t know what shingles are, they are not the things on the roof but:

Shingles is a painful skin rash. It is caused by the varicella zoster virus. Shingles usually appears in a band, a strip, or a small area on one side of the face or body. It is also called herpes zoster.

(WebMD)

Older people get them. Not someone who is in middle school. I don’t remember them being painful so much as being weirdly on the side of my body and on my back. I really don’t remember much of the symptoms but I do remember 1) it took me sometime to tell my mother that I had this weird rash on my body & 2) to get to the doctor.

I was in my early teens. I didn’t know what the fuck it was. It looked like scabs which made it worse since I tried to pick at them. After figuring out what they were, I had to go through the process of oatmeal baths again like I had chickenpox. I couldn’t go around my cousin either since she was pregnant at the time.

I’m a weird sick person. I don’t understand how I get sick in these ways. I had pnemonia and then I had a really bad health scare that only a few people know about that happened last year. I either have a wonky immune system or I stress myself out too much.

Okay…I’ll stop grossing you all out and post some BigBang and T.O.P.

Evanescence - Everybody’s Fool

52. I either got my whole school addicted to this song or sick of it.

Explanation: Working with the news station for the school, we had to make our own intros (opening credits to the news) and I finished mine before a lot of the other staff and I used the beginning section of this song.

It played every morning. After a few weeks, I thought it annoyed every one but I got reassurance that it was a good intro when I heard other people singing it, including my class president. I asked him if he was singing the song and he said he liked it. I was surprised since…it’s Evanescence and majority of my school didn’t seem like the type to like them.

51. I learned the days of the week in Korean by listening to Jewelry’s “Var2ty”.

I had learned the days before the song was released but could fully remember them. When it came out, I realized that they said the days of the week. I *tried to* sing the lyrics and actually memerized the days.

50. I still can’t believe that I did four years of drama.

It helped me get over talking in front of large crowds but I can’t believe it because after I graduated high school, I remember everything from it still. I would love to go back to ZHS and see the plays and my old drama teacher but the school has changed too much. Literally, it has new buildings and the drama building was demolished…it did have a lot of asbestos ceilings.

If you asked me to be in a play now, I would say no. It was only fun with my classmates because we acted stupid and it was fun. I have a lot of stories about what happen backstage and at after-parties during my sophomore, junior, and senior year.

47. I’m a Patricia Cornwell fan.
I have been since sophomore year of high school. I found out about her thorough her book “Portrait of a Killer: Jack The Ripper - Case Closed”. Her theory of a painter being the infamous killer was a new view for me but not one of my favorites. Many Ripperologist(yes, an actual word for those who study the case) trash talked her and mocked. I really liked the book because it had the pictures of the victims that I could actually have with me. From there, the next time I saw Cornwell’s name was at a school booksale for Relay For Life. The book was “Blow Fly” and it was loosely based (dun dun!) the Louisiana serial killer, Derrick Todd Lee & by “loosely” I mean it was set in Louisiana with a character actually being from my hometown, Zachary. I loved the book and tried get and read all of Cornwell’s “Scarpetta” series(she has another series that I haven’t read with a court reporter and a Win DeGrano series). I own 9 of her books but I’ve read 12 of the 16 19 in the Scarpetta series. The 18th one just came out and I will find a way to get it.

44. Did I mention I’m a GTOP fan?

These two guys are just…*fangirl scream*. I love them. The second we knew they were doing a song together, I was a happy camper. The second we found out it was going to be an album, I died and went to heaven! I have no idea what I would do if I met these two men, if I met all of BigBang! These guys are just…gorgeous!

43. I have a part of a fanfic that involves TOP and “you” as a main character stuck in my draft.

I can’t really finish it because…i hate it. I really don’t like to write something that makes no sense and I have no passion to write it. I started it after people wanted me to continue these pieces:

http://fashionismymusic.tumblr.com/post/3539924357/you-try-the-step-again-as-you-sing-the-lyrics-in-your

http://fashionismymusic.tumblr.com/post/3672601135/you-pull-up-to-the-back-of-the-club-as-top-and-his

These were just spur of the moments and my full fanfic was just an idea that I had. I will probably delete it….

42. Fashion fascinates me.

I think that is one of the major reasons I like BigBang because they are associated being fashion leaders. Fashion is one of the best things in the world. The different designs styles and ideas of eccentric people that do what they love. I wanted to be a fashion designer growing up but I sucked at drawing so I just turned to my other passion, crime cases.

My favorite designers of all time are Betsy Johnson and CoCo Chanel. I love Burberry and I just want to go to one fashion week in my life.
